Deposits – PKR Payments

PK 67 does not impose a strict maximum deposit limit by default. However, individual payment methods have their own transaction limits – for example Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts have daily and monthly transaction limits set by their providers. For large deposits via IBFT or card, contact support at support@pk67.link in advance to ensure smooth processing. Players can also set their own deposit limits via responsible gaming settings.

No. PK 67 requires all deposits to come from payment accounts registered in your own name, matching the details on your PK 67 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in a temporary account hold while PK 67 investigates. This policy protects all players from fraud and unauthorised payments.

PK 67 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit in PKR is credited to your account balance. However, Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank or your card issuer may charge their own transaction fees on their end – PK 67 has no control over these and they vary by provider.

PK 67 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses, wins and withdrawals are in PKR. There is no facility for foreign currency deposits and no currency conversion takes place within the PK 67 platform. This keeps things simple, transparent and free of unexpected conversion costs for Pakistani players.

Withdrawals

Log in to your PK 67 account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

After approval, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 15–30 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days due to card network processing timelines. PK 67 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 2 hours of submission.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PK 67 is Rs 500. There is no arbitrary maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts. Large withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a 30-day period may require additional identity verification (CNIC copy) before processing. This is standard practice and does not affect the amount you receive.

Common reasons for pending withdrawals on PK 67 include: outstanding identity verification documents required, active bonus wagering requirements not yet completed, first-time withdrawal from a new payment method requiring additional verification, or a high volume of withdrawal requests during busy periods. Log in and check your notifications or contact support@pk67.link with your withdrawal reference number for a status update.

PK 67 does not charge platform withdrawal fees. The full PKR amount you request is what gets sent to your payment account. Your payment provider may apply their own receiving fees – Easypaisa and JazzCash typically do not charge for incoming transfers, but IBFT receiving charges vary by bank. Check with your bank or wallet provider if you are unsure.

Bonus funds on PK 67 must meet the associated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x. Your PK 67 account dashboard shows your current wagering progress in real time. Only your real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus requirements) is available for withdrawal at any time.

PK 67's default policy is to return funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Account Management

Go to the Login page and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address along with your password. If logging in from a new device, PK 67 may send an OTP to your registered mobile number for security verification. After successful login you are taken directly to your account dashboard.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. PK 67 sends a reset link or OTP to your contact details within 60 seconds. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you don't receive it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@pk67.link for manual assistance.

Log in and go to Account Settings. Contact detail changes require OTP verification to both the old and new contacts for security. If you no longer have access to your old mobile number, contact support@pk67.link with identity verification documents. PK 67 treats contact detail changes as security-sensitive and handles them manually to prevent account hijacking.

To close your PK 67 account, contact support@pk67.link and request account closure. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. If you are closing your account due to concerns about gaming behaviour, consider self-exclusion instead – visit the Responsible Gaming page for details.

Log in to PK 67 and go to Account Settings, then select Security. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. PK 67 recommends using a unique password of at least 10 characters containing a mix of letters, numbers and symbols. Do not use the same password as other accounts you hold.

Log in to PK 67 and go to Account Dashboard, then select Transaction History or Payment History. This section shows all deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, bets placed and winnings received in PKR with dates and reference numbers. You can filter by transaction type and date range. Responsible Gaming

In Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, select Self-Exclusion. Choose a period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Your account is suspended and any real-money balance is returned to your payment method. PK 67 also suspends all marketing communications during self-exclusion. The most important thing is to act now rather than waiting. Use PK 67's self-exclusion or cooling-off period tool immediately via Account Settings. Then contact PK 67 support at support@pk67.link and let them know your situation – they can apply restrictions directly to your account and provide guidance. Yes. PK 67 offers a Cooling-Off Period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, real-money play and deposits are suspended but your account remains open and your balance is preserved. At the end of the period your account automatically reactivates. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed early. Select this option in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming.

No. When a PK 67 account enters self-exclusion or a cooling-off period, all marketing and promotional communications are automatically paused. You will not receive bonus emails, SMS offers or in-platform promotional messages. If you do receive a promotional message during self-exclusion, report it immediately to support@pk67.link – it is a technical error that PK 67 needs to investigate.

Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing – PK 67 staff cannot see your password. Logins from new devices trigger automatic OTP verification. PK 67 also monitors unusual account activity and may place a temporary hold if suspicious behaviour is detected.

No. PK 67 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, live chat or any other channel. If you receive a message requesting your PK 67 password, it is a phishing attempt – do not respond or share your credentials. Report the message to support@pk67.link immediately and change your PK 67 password as a precaution.

Contact PK 67 support immediately via live chat or email support@pk67.link. Provide your registered mobile number or email and request an emergency account lock. PK 67 will suspend your account while the security team investigates, preserve any remaining PKR balance and review recent transactions. Change your password immediately if you still have access. Report the incident from a secure device.

Yes. PK 67 handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties and is used only for account management, payment processing and legal compliance purposes. Responsible gaming data is handled with additional sensitivity and is kept separate from standard account data.
